Mrs Yvonne Archibald, Foundation & Year 1

Yvonne Archibald, part of Yahl Primary's teaching team since 2007, enjoys early years education and is dedicated to creating a positive start to students' school journeys. She has extensive teaching experience across South Australian country schools.

Miss Kirsty Michalski , Years 1 & 2

Kirsty Michalski joined the teaching team at Yahl Primary School in 2017 and loves the special community that she calls her ‘Yahl Family’. She has taught in a variety of schools across South Australia since graduating in 2004. Over the years she has taught children from Foundation to Year 7.

Miss Jessica McGregor, Years 3 & 4

Jessie McGregor, started teaching at Yahl Primary in 2023, and specializes in inclusive education for middle primary students and brings a vibrant, engaging modern teaching approach to the classroom.

Mrs Wendy Loughhead, Year 5 & 6

Wendy Loughhead joined the teaching team at Yahl Primary School in 2014. During this time she has worked as a classroom teacher across many year levels. Wendy is currently responsible for teaching Science across the school.

Ms Heather Skillin, Japanese/ICT

Heather Skillin has been with Yahl Primary since 2004, leading the Japanese language program and teaching digital technologies.

Tanya Frost, Finance Officer

Tanya joined Yahl Primary in 2022 with extensive experience in office management, including HR and finance, and enjoys the family-like community of the small school.

Mrs Leanne Hill , Classroom Support/Library Manager

Leanne Hill, at Yahl Primary since 2004, has served in classroom support, library management, and assists with the school's Music program.

Mr Joshua Justice, Information Technology (IT)

Joshua Justice joined Yahl Primary School in 2021. Joshua works once a week providing information technology support for staff and students through the Department for Educations Extended Support Program. Within his role Joshua works to ensure the school has a strong IT foundation.

Mrs Sherry Barker, Classroom/Administration Support

Sherry Barker, with Yahl Primary since 2004, is trained in literacy and numeracy interventions, focusing on student support to maximize their potential through varied daily roles.

Mrs Alison Primer, Classroom Support

Alison Primer, a long-term staff member at Yahl Primary, supports various curriculum areas and currently coordinates the QuickSmart Numeracy intervention program for student math skills development.

Mrs Sasha Norris, Classroom Support

Sasha Norris, at Yahl Primary since 2013, specializes in supporting students with Autism and has recently trained in QuickSmart Reading to enhance student reading fluency.

Mrs Heather Muller, Classroom Support

Heather Muller, part of Yahl Primary since 2017 and a former parent, enjoys supporting early years children with special needs and oversees the safe road crossing in the mornings and evenings.

Belinda Tilley , Pastoral Care Worker

Belinda, Yahl Primary's Pastoral Care worker since 2020, provides social and emotional support, helping students achieve their learning goals and fostering positive relationships.
